Kidd+Zigrino Co. Ltd., was established in Great Britain in 1972.

The Company was initiated to offer it's Services as a Consultant Engineering Company, contracting it's Staff highly experienced Services to the various existing International Manufactures of Machinery for Bleaching, Dyeing, Printing and Finishing of Textile Fabrics and Carpets.

With the increase in the Worldwide demand for the Expertise Services being offered by the Company, by now being requested not only by the Machinery Manufacturers, but also directly by the Textile Producing Plants themselves to improve their Production Facilities, automatic leading Kidd+Zigrino Co., Ltd. natural expansion into Development and Manufacturing of their own Specialized Machinery.

In 1990, Kidd+Zigrino Co. Ltd., having noted the initial expansion of the Textile Producing Companies in Asia, decided to establish a Branch of the Company in Thailand to oversee the Asian Market.

Kidd+Zigrino (Asia) Co., Ltd. was thus initiated in Thailand as a joint venture Company in 1991.

In 1993, Kidd+Zigrino Co., Ltd. having noted the Competitive advantages of their Asian Branch, resolved to move all the Textile Machinery Developments and Manufacturing to the more competitive Kidd+Zigrino established Base in Thailand.

The reorganization of the Company was thus completed in 1996 by the formation of K+Z Corporation Ltd. in Don Tum, Nakorn Pathom, Thailand, to Head and Control all Kidd+Zigrino Business interests with all existing Associated Companies.
