Colour paste is emptied into Vacuum Vessel by using motorised Tub lifting and tilting platform. Vacuum Vessel, comprising of a robustly constructed Stainless Steel structure, retaining a Cone Section recipient with interchangeable Filter Screen Mesh elements, for guiding the colour paste through the filter screen into the receiving tub placed within the Vacuum Vessel. A high powered Vacuum Pump connected to the Vessel, creates the necessary suction force within the Vessel, to increase the flow rate required for the colour paste to pass through the filter screen. Filter Screen mesh size (150/180) having been pre-selected to suit The Printing Screen mesh size application. Operator remote auxiliary control panel facilitates the Auto/Manual Control of the equipment. The Colour Tub Lifter and Vacuum Filtering Units are manufactured in the following 2 sizes :- |
