Colour paste being emptied into the Vacuum Vessel by using the Motorized Tub Lifting and Tilting platform.
Vacuum Vessel retaining a Cone shaped receiver with interchangeable Filter Screen Mesh Elements, guiding the Colour Paste through the Filter Screen Mesh Element into the Receiving Tub placed within the Vacuum Vessel.
A high powered Vacuum Pump connected to the Vacuum Vessel, creates the necessary suction force within the Vessel, to increase the flow rate required for the Colour Paste to pass through the Filter Screen Mesh Elements.
Suitable Filter Screen Mesh for the Vacuum Filtering Unit (from 150 to 180) having been pre-selected by the Operator to suit the Printing Screen Mesh size (generally 120 to 140)
Operator remote auxiliary Control Station facilitates the Auto/Manual Control of the equipment.
To accommodate the various production requirements, the Colour Tub Lifter and Vacuum Filtering Units are manufactured in the following 2 sizes :-

Vacuum Filtering Unit,
A robustly constructed stainless steel Vessel, retaining a Cone Section with a ‘Filter Screen Aperture’ for depositing the Colour Paste from the Tub Lifting ’Platform’ Vessel is complete with a heavy duty Door and a series of Conveyor Rollers (for access of the recipient Colour Tubs), a High Speed Vacuum Pump, including interchangeable Filter Screen-mesh Elements to reduce wash-time in between Colour changes.
Vacuum Vessel having Dished bottom section with a Drain Ball-valve system to facilitate the washing-down operation.
Tub Lifting/Tiling Unit, Traveling Carriage connected via Chain and Chain-wheels to a Motor-geared Drive Unit retaining an Electro-Magnetic Brake, enabling the Colour Tubs to accurately dispense the Colour Paste into the Cone Section of the Vacuum Filtering Vessel.
Control Panel, housing all necessary Electrical Controls and related Switch-gear, complete with Operator remote auxiliary Control Station, ready prepared for Mains in-coming supply. BACK TO COLOUR PREPARATION UNITS |
