Washing Unit fully automatic, retaining Internal and external nylon bristled brushes and pressurised water spray system, ensuring thorough cleaning of the Colour Tubs / Recipients.

COLOUR TUBS WASHING MACHINES comprising of :-

- A robustly constructed stainless steel Wash Cabinet fitted with Nylon Bristled Brushes.

- Brushes arranged to brush clean internally and externally the Colour Tubs/Containers simultaneously.

Brushes mounted in sealed bearing housings carried from a heavy duty stainless steel Back Plate separating Wash Cabinet from the Control Cubicle.

- Drive to Brushes from a Motor-geared Unit via chain and chain-wheels, supported from a fabricated base-plate mounted within the Control Cubicle.

- Wash Cabinet Door, retaining Flat Nylon Bristled Brushes, operated by a Pneumatic Actuator for cleaning of the Tubs/Containers base section.

- Water Spray System, arranged for the total internal and external spraying of the Colour Tubs, inclusive of Water Pump, Filter, and Control Valves, all pre-piped ready for incoming water supply.

- Control Panel (located within Control Cubicle), housing all necessary Electrical Controls and related Switch-gear ready prepared for Mains in-coming supply.

The Colour Tubs Washing Units are manufactured in the following 2 sizes :-

TYPE I) SINGLE
To Wash One - 120/150 Kg, or a 60 Kg. Colour Tub/Container.

TYPE II) MINI-DUO
To Wash Simultaneously Two - 25 Kg., or 60 Kg. Colour Tubs/ Containers.
