A rigidly stayed Base-frame, fabricated from heavy duty Tubular Steel and having been suitably prepared for supporting the Screen Fabric Tensioning arrangement, comprising of a series of Pinned Plates, firmly attached to the Machine Angular surface section to retain the Screen Mesh Fabric whilst being Tensioned by Pinned Rollers Arrangement.

The required Warp and Weft Tension to the Screen Mesh Fabric, being applied by a pair of Pneumatically actuated Pinned Rollers, complete with Operator Controls for setting the desired Tension.

A Pneumatic actuated Platform/Table supporting the Screen Frames being raised into position for applying the Adhesive. The Platform/Table raising action being adjustable via limiting Stops to suit the various types of Screen Frame structures.
