Comprising of a galvanized steel Framework, supported on a series of Locating Carrier Wheels and retaining a Pneumatic controlled hinged Screen Holding Frame complete with Calibrated Screen Adjusting and Locking system.

A Motorized PLC Controlled Variable Speed Print Carriage Drive arrangement equipped with a Pneumatically controlled Clamping system for Auto-engaging of the Print Carriage to Set Repeat Blocks, complete with related Electronic control system for the Carriage Auto/Manual Travel Mode, and Automatic Return.

Squeegee Drive enacted via the PLC Controlled Motorized Variable

Speed Multiple Stroke system, retained within support Guide Rails in Stainless Steel Squeegee Retainer attachments, equipped with calibrated Quick Release Sprung loaded ~Angular~ controls for the Squeegee Operational settings for enhancing the Colour Paste application by the Squeegee system.

Simplified Manual and PLC Control System for relating to the Operator each required Step being Set for the Operational Manual/Automatic Control System of the Print Carriage.
